It often seems that stress has become a normal part of modern life. However, after observing people and reflecting on my own experiences over the years, I have realized something important. Stress is not always created by circumstances alone. Often, it develops from the gap between where we are today and where we want to be. The distance between our current reality and our expectations can create mental pressure.
