Stress is proportional to pressure and inversely proportional to Resilience.
- If pressure is increasing then stress will increase same proportion.
- If Resilience is increasing the stress will decrease same proportion.
- It is clear, that as we continue to increase our resilience, our stress will decrease in the same proportion.
- We can not control the circumstances. That is, no matter how much pressure is there for work or anything, we cannot do anything with pressure.
- We have our Inner strength in our hands. Which we can overcome the stress and depression by increasing it.

- Waking up between 3 and 4 am in the morning is a natural medicine in itself. It has no substitute.
- If you get used to getting up in the early morning and sit in a quiet place. So 100 times its effect on our mind and body.

The people on whom this exercise was being done were divided into two groups.- Group 1 was asked to play the piano by heart and
- Group 2 was asked to physically play a real piano.
After some time, when the brain patterns of both the groups were observed, the brain patterns of both the groups were almost the same. This exercise yielded the following results.Result: The brain and body cannot differentiate between real and imaginary.
